airspade air vac in window well.
HOW IT WORKS

Powered by compressed air, the Airspade Supersonic Nozzle forces the air into the soil at Mach 2 speeds, that’s twice the speed of sound. The compressed air is forced in between voids in the soil underground and effortlessly fractures it allowing the AirVac to do its job.

The AirVac unit works off of compressed air as well, converting the air into a high powered vacuum with its venturi engine. Together with the Supersonic Nozzle, the AirVac unit is able to suck the loose soil from the ground with ease, and store it in the debris tank close to the work site. Once the soil has been removed and the work is finished, the latch can be removed on the AirVac’s debris tank and the dry native soil can be backfilled.

Incredible versatility

Air excavation offers an extensive reach to those hard to access areas. The portability of the Airvac unit is exceptional because of its lightweight profile and mobile design, allowing the unit to be maneuvered right beside the work area for maximum efficiency. One of the greatest benefits of soft digging is its safety. Compressed air is a low-impact, and non-conductive style of digging – making it the most safe method of excavation around buried utilities such as gas, water, and electrical services. This reduces intense labor like shoveling, and the risks involved with it, saving time and money.
